During your appointment, a healthcare professional will check your blood pressure, cholesterol, and weight, and discuss key lifestyle factors like your diet and activity levels. Based on your results, you’ll receive personalised advice and support to help lower your risk and stay healthier for longer.

Yes, your data is accessed by your personal Healthy Lifestyles Coventry coaches and not shared with any third parties.

When you take the first step to join Healthy Lifestyles Coventry as a member, you will begin a 12-week programme based on your goals – to lose weight, stop smoking, get more active or cut down on your alcohol consumption. You will be assigned a coach who will be with you every step of the way, with face to face or virtual coaching sessions that fit with your lifestyle.

We work with you to understand your goals and schedule one-to-one or group sessions with your coach over the phone, face to face or online that fit in with your schedule.
